Nestled on more than 60 acres of private land and preserve, sits ‘Ancient City Farmstead’ and the latest development project for Ancient City Land Management. The Farmstead in its entirety consists of a 5,000sq ft farmhouse, suited for smaller events and will also serve as a place to host our Wedding Parties with beautifully adorned Bridal & Groom’s suites. Additionally on-site, the owners have restored the original black and white post beam barn and stables. Making it a great outdoor space to host any type of event surrounded by a lush, green and natural backdrop. By Spring of 2025, we are most excited to introduce our new 8,000sq ft. climate controlled Barn. This new build will house more than 300 guests seated comfortably. Boasting one of the largest event spaces in the North East region of Florida.

The Oak Hill Fern project is a dynamic enterprise located on a 115-acre property in Pomona Park, FL which was acquired in 2016. This multifaceted project combines sand and mineral mining with fern cultivation. We extract valuable sand and minerals essential for road development, while also operating a thriving fern farm on the same land.

The long-term goal of this property will be a high end RV Resort that will allow for a unique RV experience in an area that is ever expanding by the St. Johns River. 

Ancient City Land Management oversees and manages two prominent mitigation banks: Fish Tail Mitigation Bank and Brick Road Mitigation Bank, encompassing approximately 10,000 acres of protected land. Acquired in 2022 and owned by several investors, these mitigation banks are integral to our strategy of preserving and enhancing natural ecosystems.  By adhering to stringent conservation practices, we contribute significantly to ecological balance and habitat preservation, reinforcing our position as a leader in the mitigation banking sector.

North Fork Land Holdings LLC is partnership on a 250-acre property located in Clay County, FL. The initial desire to buy this property was due to overwhelming amount of infrastructure that was in place and constructed left by the Girl Scouts of America. More by luck than design, the property was already setup up in a way that ACLM knew the ultimate end use to be a high-end RV Resort.  As of now, North Fork Land Holdings is still in the process of being turned into an RV resort. 

Ancient City Farms LLC  is a family owned turnkey full scale farming operation based in the north-western region of Missouri, where we own and manage roughly 1,000  acres of productive farmland. Our operation focuses on the annual cultivation of soybeans and corn, involving meticulous tilling, planting, and harvesting processes. Each year, we employ advanced farming techniques and the best practices to optimize soil health and crop yield, ensuring a robust and sustainable production cycle. Our commitment to efficient farming practices supports local agriculture while contributing to the broader agricultural economy of Missouri.
