With over 11,000 acres under our management, we pride ourselves on managing a diverse portfolio of projects that includes enchanting wedding venues, RV resorts, essential mitigation land banks, responsible dirt mining operations, and thriving agricultural farms, among others. As a smaller company with a commitment to excellence and community-focused development, we are dedicated to creating lasting value while preserving the natural beauty of our land. Our Story
In the early 2000s, Ancient City Land Management emerged from the legacy of Fletcher Management Company, a key player in shaping the scenic landscapes of Ponte Vedra Beach and the acclaimed The Players Championship. With a deep understanding of the Northeast Florida’s diverse landscape, the team dedicated itself to selecting parcels of land ripe for transformation, ensuring that each project not only thrived in its natural environment but also generated a promising return to the owners and partners. The team quickly garnered a reputation for its meticulous approach and ability to be able to handle all aspects of the development cycle from raw land to a finished dream.
