Our team is made up of a diverse group of individuals that stretches across the various  construction, agricultural, and real-estate industries. Our group looks to isolate and identify various projects and opportunities throughout our State on assets that wouldn't normally seem available.    

 

OUR TEAM

Daniel Laubacker- President/CEO

 

Mr. Laubacker was the founder and Executive Vice President of Green Energy Harvesting LLC, Venture I. Mr. Laubacker led the management team, which undertook an exploratory project with the State of Florida which utilized six proto-type bio-balers.  At contract completion he formed his own company to take advantage of a number of various markets throughout the world. He assumed the role as President and CEO and manages all aspects of the business. 

Prior to GEH, Mr. Laubacker served as a Vice President and Project Manager on a number of projects for the 50 year old Fletcher Management Company. His responsibilities included the permitting and management of operations on a 20,000 acre project which included real estate developments of over 5,000 homes and the permitting of a 6,000 acre mitigation bank. Additionally, he was responsible for all raw land responsibilities on a number of the FMC projects.

Terry DeRoin- Chief Financial Officer

 

Mr. DeRoin brings over 30 years of experience as a proven financial executive to the company.  In addition to his Financial / Accounting background, Terry has augmented his CPA with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has hands on experience in managing all phases of operations management, financial reporting / analysis and control, contract negotiation and management, financial planning, forecasting, and implementation of information systems within multi-national companies.  

Paul Laubacker- Vice President/ Operations Manager 

Mr. Laubacker started his professional career as a Field Supervisor on multiple research and development projects with the University of Florida Agricultural Department involving sustainable farming practices, alternate renewable fuel sourcing, etc.   Following his ten years with the University, he took a position as Project Manager with W. Leigh and Associates in the Maritime industry, responsible for coordinating the logistics and operations of multiple marine construction projects. For the past two years he has served as the Operations Manager, responsible for the coordination of all field activities and personnel.
